To Unfurl is to bridge the gap between who you are and how you lead. It is about reclaiming your energy, your integrity, and your agency, so you can stop acting like a chess piece and start leading with a quiet authority that finally feels as good as it looks.

These are my core values. But for a long time, they were just words I thought I understood, while I lived a life that was miles away from them.

To understand why I created The Unfurl Project, you have to see the blueprint I was following for nearly three decades.

My "Good Soldier" Conditioning:

My drive to achieve wasn't just ambition; it was a survival strategy. In childhood, my natural leadership and intensity were often labelled as bossy. I learned early on that taking up space was unsafe. To avoid that label, I learned to equate my worth with my output - the perfect recipe for becoming a high-functioning Good Soldier. I did exactly what I was trained to do: I performed.

My Integrity Gap:

By age 21, I was climbing the corporate ladder. Over the next 13 years, I lived in nine different countries and led multi-million dollar projects. On paper, I was the definition of success. But beneath the accolades, I was suffocating. I found myself in high-stakes environments where impact often took a backseat to politics. I realised I had spent years climbing a ladder I was told to want, rather than doing the work I actually wanted to do.

Why ‘The Unfurl Project’?

I created The Unfurl Project to help people like me; who have faced similar experiences. I have never been able to sit still when I see someone talented being overlooked, or someone brilliant burning out because they don’t feel they have the agency to say NO or to stand up for themselves - for what's right. To me, Fairness means everyone getting a shot at the seat they’ve so rightly earned. Contribution means giving them the tools to get there or perhaps just standing by their side as they figure it out. And Freedom? That’s the ultimate goal. The freedom to lead without a mask, to own your time, and to live in alignment with your soul. The freedom to simply just-be-YOU. Whole and messy and brilliant in every way!

You don’t have to wait for the crash to change your story. I am here to walk by your side as you reclaim your agency and become truly unstoppable.

I am a qualified Coach, having acquired my Association for Coaching (AC) accredited Life Coaching Diploma with a DISTINCTION grade, from The Coaching Academy (an ICF - International Coaching Federation accredited institution and the world's largest Coaching course provider).

    It enables individuals to move from a Functional State to an Optimal State.

  • Coaching can enhance self-awareness, improve performance, increase confidence, develop new skills, and provide clarity on goals and priorities. It can also lead to better decision-making and personal growth.

  • In a typical coaching session, you can expect open dialogue, goal setting, exploration of challenges, and actionable strategies to move forward. The coach will guide you but also encourage self-reflection.

  • It’s all about where we focus our energy:

    • Therapy and Counselling: These often look backward to help you heal the past. They focus on processing trauma or navigating deep emotional struggles to reach a baseline of stability.

    • Coaching: Is not a medical intervention. We focus on the "now" and the "next". This is action-oriented work designed to help you navigate current pressures, like unmanageable workloads or self-doubt and build the practical skills you need to move forward.

    A Note on Clinical Care: If you feel you have already reached a point of clinical collapse, or are experiencing symptoms of clinical anxiety or depression, please prioritise your health. In these cases, the best approach is to seek help from a licensed medical professional or mental health specialist.

We meet 100% online via Google Meets, and we focus on high-impact strategies that give you time and energy back by teaching you how to set boundaries and stop overworking.

  • Definitely not. Think of the FREE first call as a safe space for a real conversation between two people. It’s a chance for you to tell me what’s actually going on and for both of us to see if we’re a good match.

    If I don’t think I’m the right person to help you, I’ll tell you straight away. I care much more about you finding the right path than I do about hitting a sales target.

  • Progress can be measured through regular check-ins, goal assessments, feedback from your coach, and self-reflection on changes in behaviour, mindset, and outcomes. We will also use The Unfurl Map that scores your current overall state as a baseline for progress. This will be given to you before we start our sessions.
